Who you are buying from

This website and the Shivling Smoke Fountain brand are operated by Pervesh Singh, at B-1/11, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi 110096, India. When these terms say we or us, that is who they mean. Placing an order means you accept these terms along with our Refund and Returns Policy, our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian rupees and are all inclusive. There is no extra tax added at checkout and no delivery charge. We are not registered for GST at present, so no GST is charged on your order and no tax invoice is issued. You receive an order confirmation with a full breakup of what you paid.

We can change prices and offers at any time, but never after you have placed an order. The price you confirmed is the price that applies to your order.

When your order is accepted

Your order is confirmed once your payment or your ₹100 confirmation amount goes through and you receive a confirmation message. Until then it is only a request.

We may decline or cancel an order, and we will tell you why. The usual reasons are a pincode we cannot deliver to, stock running out, an address that is clearly incomplete or fake, or an obvious pricing error on our side. If we cancel, you get back everything you paid, including the ₹100.

Cash on delivery and the ₹100 confirmation amount

Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by paying ₹100 online. That amount comes off your total, so you pay the remaining balance to the delivery person. It is not refundable if you cancel the order or do not accept the delivery. It is refunded in full only if we cannot deliver your order. The full detail is on our Refund and Returns Policy page, and we show the same wording at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. We are responsible for dispatching your order on time and for chasing the courier when something goes wrong. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, festivals or local restrictions.

Using the fountain safely

This product works by burning an incense cone. Please treat it like any other open flame in your home.

• Place it on a flat, heat resistant surface, away from curtains, paper and cloth
• Never leave a burning cone unattended, and put it out before you sleep or go out
• Keep it out of reach of children and pets
• Use it in a ventilated room, not a small closed space
• The ceramic and the glass get hot. Let it cool fully before you move or clean it
• Use only backflow cones. Ordinary incense cones will not produce the falling smoke
• Do not use it near oxygen cylinders, gas or anything flammable

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by using the product in a way these instructions tell you not to. If anyone in your home has asthma or a breathing condition, please check with a doctor before burning incense around them.

How the product looks

Each piece is finished by hand, so small differences in the glaze, colour and finish are normal and are not defects. Photos and videos on this site are shot under studio lighting. How thick and how low the smoke falls also depends on the cone, the room temperature and any draught or fan in the room.

Your account and your information

Please give accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by a wrong address or a phone number nobody answers. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own store or advertising.

Limits of our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of New Delhi.
