Privacy Policy

This website is run by Pervesh Singh, B-1/11, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi 110096, India. This page explains what we collect when you order, why we need it, and who else sees it. We have kept it short and in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can ship your order
• Your email address, if you give us one, so we can send order updates
• What you ordered, what you paid and your order status
• Basic website usage data such as pages viewed and which ad brought you here

We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, your ID documents, your income or anything else we do not need to deliver a parcel.

We never see your card or UPI details

Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway on their own secure pages. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank passwords are never sent to us and are never stored on our systems. We only receive a yes or no on whether the payment succeeded, and a reference number.

Who we share your information with

We share only what each partner needs to do its job:

• Our courier partners, through Shiprocket, get your name, address and phone number so they can deliver and call you
• Our payment gateway gets what it needs to process your payment and, for cash on delivery, to collect the confirmation amount
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider gets your phone number and order details so we can send you confirmation and tracking messages
• Meta receives anonymised, hashed signals about purchases so we can measure which ads work. It does not receive your address
• Our hosting and database provider stores this data securely on our behalf

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it or hand it to anyone else for their own marketing. If the law or a court requires us to disclose something, we will, and we will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to keep your cart working and to measure our advertising. We run the Meta Pixel so we can see which ads lead to orders. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The checkout will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, returns and disputes, and then we delete them. Marketing and website analytics data is kept for a shorter period. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no open order or claim, we delete them.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your details once your order is complete
• Reply STOP to our WhatsApp messages to stop receiving them

Message us and we will action it. There is no charge.

Keeping it safe

Order data sits in an access controlled database. Only people who need it to pack, ship and support orders can see it. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything we do not need, which is the best protection there is.

Children

This product involves a lit incense cone and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
